What is the FRIENDLY™ mission?

For every FRIENDLY™ deck we sell, we donate a deck to an aspiring skater in need—helping fuel their skate dreams. Our BOGO (Buy One, Give One) model means that when you choose FRIENDLY™, you’re not just getting quality gear—you’re directly helping put a board in the hands of someone who might not otherwise have access to one.

How does the 1-for-1 donation work?

Thanks to our partnerships with Los Angeles-based non-profits like Beyond The Board, we're able to make this dream of ours happen. We believe everyone should have the chance to skate, regardless of their financial situation.

But it doesn’t stop there—for every deck sold, we also plant two trees. One deck purchase = one skater gets a board + two trees get planted. We believe in giving back to this incredible planet that is, after all, home to the spots we love to skate.

What products do you offer?

For our FRIENDLY™ launch, we're offering our "Buy One, Give One" skate decks, apparel and collectibles. Our apparel line includes shirts, hoodies, and a hat—designed for skaters and anyone who wants to support the mission. Every deck purchase triggers our 1-for-1 donation, and apparel sales help us keep that promise sustainable. Browse our current offerings to find what speaks to you.

How long does shipping take?

Skate Decks: US orders ship via UPS Ground (5-8 days) and international orders ship via postal service (2-3 weeks).

Apparel: US orders typically arrive within 14-21 days, while international timing varies by shipping method selected at checkout (5-30 days depending on service level).

What's your return policy?

We want you to be stoked on your FRIENDLY™ gear. If something doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Skate decks can be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, but we can’t accept returns on decks that have been ridden or gripped. To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@friendlyskatebrand.com and we’ll walk you through it to make the process as easy as possible.
